Ginataang Alimango
Ginataang Alimango is one of Bicol delicacies cooked with coconut milk and mixed with yellow squash and horseradish or malunggay in Tagalog. This delicacy is not complete without the long chilli mixed in it that enhances its flavour. The thickness, creaminess and the oily coconut milk make this dish so flavourful that one has to watch diet while eating to avoid over intake that could lead to high blood pressure. String beans or unripe jackfruit can also be used in this dish.
